Yes, we recommend this method over mailing a CD or DVD. You can upload up to ten PDF Files at once. The upload time will vary depending on your Internet connection speed, the number of pages in your book, and the size of your file. A typical upload can take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours. The status bar on the upload page will give the progress of your upload. If your upload was stopped or interrupted, it can be resumed from your ASUKABOOK home page once you are logged in.

Yes. You can upload up to ten (10) files per order.
Carefully review all of the pages before submitting your order. Once your files have been reviewed and forwarded to the production center, they cannot be changed and production of your book cannot be stopped.
No. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
You may order duplicate copies of these items. The book jackets (EX) cost 24 Euro each and must be ordered within 90 days of the original order date.
Additional frosted slip cases cost 7 Euro each and EX cases cost 20 Euro each. These can be ordered at any time.
Your order is kept for 90 days from the date it is sent to production (order has been verified). You may receive the additional copy price on a re-print, if the re-print request is made within the 90 day period.

IMPORTANT: Due to system reasons you have to wait approx. 1 day after we updated the shipping status in the system until you are able to track and trace your package. Nevertheless your package will be on its way when the status in your User Account is updated.
