PLACE YOUR ORDER

• Log into your AsukaBook account by using your User ID or email address and password and click on 'Place Order'.
• Click on "Show Files" to browse for the PDF file(s) you have uploaded for your new order. Select the PDF file(s) you want to order and click on "Add to Cart".
• Optional: Enter your promotional codes (voucher codes) into the text below each book item and click on "Redeem Promocode".
• Choose your Shipping Address and select your Shipping Method. After that the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost.
• Check the box "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" that states your file is ready for print and that you take responsibility for your layout, content and color (Terms and Condition, AGB). If you have any questions or want to double check your layouts, review our design tips.
• Click on "Order Now"
• On the next page you will see your new order. Proceed to the Payment by clicking on "Pay Now".
• Finish your Payment choosing from one of the following Payment Methods: Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Promotional Codes

When you register with AsukaBook, you are given discounts to use every year on studio samples. This is a great way to keep current books and designs in your studio with a lower cost to you. You will receive a one-time 50% discount that is good on one studio sample. Every year you receive 3 discounts each good for 25% off of 1 studio sample. Please check the conditions for the discounts.

We offer a way to rush your order through our production facility for an extra EUR 32.00 per order fee. This guarantees that your order is produced with high priority, and you will get it approx 1 week earlier then normal orders.

Once your upload has completed, you will will see an order confirmation page, indicating your upload was successful and you will also receive an email confirmation. If this page is not displayed and you did not receive an upload complete confirmation e-mail, your upload may have been interrupted and was unsuccessful. In this case, the upload is incomplete, and you will need to refresh the window or click "Resume Upload" to the right of your order on your AsukaBook account homepage. Shipping: All packages are shipped through our partner Swiss Post International or Swiss Post GLS. Your shipping fee is calculated from Albstadt, Germany, and is based on the weight of your order. Please be aware that we have to declare the appropriate order value on the invoice for customs reasons. If you are a business and have your own VAT number, please fill it in your profile. We will then put your VAT number on every invoice which will allow you to get back the VAT from your local government. As soon as we ship your order, you will see the shipping status in your order overview. If there is any problem we could track the package for you.

Handling: A handling fee is also applied.

Note: Each order will incur separate shipping and handling charges, as these fees are calculated at the time of order. We may, however, ship your books in one box if they are received at our distribution center on the same day.
